Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor in the West Midlands is seeking a Posting & Cleaning Operative to join our outdoor media team. You will manage a dedicated posting and cleaning round, ensuring adverts are posted to a high standard and bus shelters remain clean for local communities.

This is a full-time, outdoors role based around Birmingham and Leicester, with a flexible 40-hour week and a simple rhythm of one posting week followed by one cleaning week.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence with up to 3 points.
• Experience working outdoors in all weather is useful but not essential.
• Experience driving medium sized vans.
• Remote / lone working experience - unsupervised.
• Time management and workload planning.
• Industrial cleaning experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Post adverts to a high standard and keep bus shelters clean for local communities.
• Manage dedicated posting and cleaning round in Birmingham and Leicester.
• Work 40 hours weekly with a flexible schedule (1 week posting, 1 week cleaning).
• Work outdoors in all weathers and mostly alone from a company van.
• Visit Birmingham branch weekly to restock and receive updates.
