Qualifications

• Level 2/3 TA qualification or equivalent is needed.
• Experience working with children in education settings.
• Strong empathy and understanding of individual student needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff and parents.
• Patience, resilience and ability to provide emotional support.
• Flexibility to adapt teaching strategies to student needs.
• Knowledge of teaching methodologies for supporting individual students is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to all children.
• Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver tailored lessons and activities.
