Job summary

Grandir UK is seeking a GrandFlex Bank Practitioner to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children across our nursery cluster in the United Kingdom.

You'll create safe, nurturing environments, support development through play and planned activities, follow EYFS requirements, and work with nursery teams to maintain standards while building strong relationships with children and families. DBS check required.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification.
• Be willing to travel across local nursery cluster.
• Previous experience in an early years or nursery setting.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.
