Job summary

Family First Group is seeking Level 3 childcare practitioners for flexible nursery shifts across our growing network. This internal bank role offers weekly pay, with a £500 joining bonus after hours, and access to training, development, and permanent opportunities.

You’ll support daily nursery operations and contribute to high-quality child-centred education. Ideal candidates have Level 2/3 childcare qualifications, strong safeguarding knowledge, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Experience delivering EYFS activities and safeguarding.
• Strong communication with children and parents in English.

Responsibilities

• Essential Cover: ensure daily tasks like hygiene and room setup meet high standards.
• Engage and Educate: implement the EYFS through interactive activities to spark learning.
• Prioritise Safety: maintain safeguarding and health and safety standards.
• Foster a nurturing environment: create a cheerful, secure space for every child.
