Job summary

Family First Flex is seeking qualified Level 3 practitioners to join our Nottingham nurseries on flexible agency terms. You’ll work across our sites, delivering high standards of care and education under EYFS, with weekly pay and access to internal development opportunities.

Join a supportive team dedicated to safeguarding and inclusive practice, with induction, uniform, and ongoing training. This role offers flexibility for students, caregivers, and those re-entering the workforce.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
• Clear and effective communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily tasks such as hygiene maintenance and room setup are completed to high standards.
• Implement the EYFS with engaging, age-appropriate activities to foster learning and curiosity.
• Uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming, secure environment for every child.
