Job summary

Family First Group is seeking dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educators to join our Flex Team across UK nurseries. This internal bank role offers flexible shifts, weekly pay, and a £500 joining bonus after 200 hours worked.

As a Level 3 practitioner, you’ll support daily childcare routines, contribute to EYFS delivery, and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment while benefiting from ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Commitment to safeguarding practices.
• Clear written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential cover ensuring daily tasks meet high standards.
• Implement EYFS through engaging activities.
• Uphold health, safety and safeguarding protocols.
