This agency-style role offers shifts across our nurseries with weekly pay and a £500 joining bonus for Level 3 practitioners after 200 hours, making it a practical way to balance study, childcare, or a return to work.

We provide full training, a thorough induction, uniform, ongoing development, and a supportive Flex Partner to help you settle in.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare is welcome; training will be provided.
• Commitment to safeguarding and a safe, nurturing environment.
• Clear written and spoken English communication with children, parents, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential cover and daily task support in nurseries.
• Engage children with EYFS activities and learning.
