Job summary

Family First Group is seeking a Level 2/3 Childcare practitioner for flexible nursery shifts in Carshalton. You will support daily routines, engage children with EYFS activities, and help maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

The role offers weekly pay and a £500 joining bonus after hours are completed. Relevant safeguarding commitments and clear English communication are required for all posts.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE or BTEC).
• Strong safeguarding understanding and commitment to child protection.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily tasks such as hygiene maintenance and room setup meet high standards.
• Engage and educate children using EYFS-based activities.
• Prioritise safety and uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards.
