Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh and inspiring food for children, with occasional weekends.
• Follow nutritionist-designed recipes and menus to ensure proper vitamins and nutrients.
• Cater to dietary needs of different age groups, following guidelines.
• Adhere to policies to prevent cross-contamination and meet nutritional needs.
• Prepare daily lunch and smoothie for nursery team.
• Complete kitchen paperwork and due diligence diary.
• Manage food supplies, weekly orders and stock rotation.
• Maintain 5-star Food Hygiene rating and EH compliance.
• Build relationships with nursery parents.
• Mentor nursery Apprentice Chef when required.
• Adhere to the company's H&S policy.
