Bright Horizons Nurseries in Manchester is seeking Flexible Working Chefs to join on an ad-hoc basis. You will prepare, cook and present age-appropriate meals in a clean, safe kitchen, working with staff and parents to support care and education provisions.

Experience in cooking for children and Food Safety (CIEH L2+) are essential. COSHH knowledge, dietary accommodations, and safeguarding training are required on day one.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in cooking in domestic or commercial property.
• Food Safety CIEH L2 or above (to be passed on day 1).
• Sound knowledge of COSHH.
• Ability to manage dietary requirements and allergies.

Aufgaben

• Keep kitchen clean and safe following internal/external requirements.
• Prepare and cook age-appropriate meals for children daily.
• Ensure dietary requirements are catered for and communicated clearly to teams.
• Comply with safeguarding policies and training requirements.
