Job summary

Family First Group is seeking dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our Flex team across UK nurseries. Enjoy flexible agency shifts with weekly pay and a £500 joining bonus after 200 hours, plus access to training and internal progression opportunities.

As part of the Family First Flex Bank, you’ll help deliver EYFS-based activities, support daily routines, and uphold safeguarding standards in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• We welcome candidates with a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE or BTEC).
• Committed to safeguarding and child protection with a focus on creating a safe, nurturing environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with children, parents, and colleagues in English (written and spoken).
• Empathetic, energetic and driven to make a meaningful difference in children's lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential cover to ensure daily tasks in nurseries meet high standards.
• Engage and educate children using EYFS-based activities.
• Prioritise safeguarding and health & safety at all times.
• Foster a cheerful, secure, and welcoming environment for every child.
