Job summary

Family First Group is recruiting Flex Early Years Educators to join the internal bank of flex roles across nurseries in the UK. You will work with Level 2 or 3 childcare qualifications, delivering EYFS activities and supporting safeguarding practices.

We offer flexible shifts, weekly pay, and a £500 joining bonus after 200 hours, with ongoing training and induction to help you grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Commitment to safeguarding and a supportive learning environment.
• Good communication in English with children, parents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Essential Cover to maintain daily tasks across nurseries.
• Engage and educate using EYFS through interactive activities.
• Prioritise safety and uphold safeguarding standards.
• Foster a nurturing, welcoming space for every child.
