TeacherActive Limited. in Redditch is seeking Bank Nursery Practitioners to provide flexible cover across partner nurseries. You will support children with learning, play, and daily routines, helping to create a safe, nurturing environment.

Flexible shifts start as early as 8am and can run until 6pm, with rota times varying. A childcare qualification is desirable, and reliability, communication, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant childcare qualification is desirable (Level 2 or 3).
• Experienced practitioners or students welcome.

We're looking for caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Bank Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly team who are needing support weekly from a reliable and proactive team of bank staff. As a bank staff member, you'll play a vital role in supporting our nursery whenever extra help is needed, creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. The nursery are looking to build a group of regular bank staff who they can use weekly to support with extra hours. These shifts can start as early as 8am and the latest shift would be 6pm, with rota times varying between this.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting children in their learning, development, and daily routines.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Helping to create fun, engaging activities that encourage curiosity and confidence.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Working as part of a supportive and passionate nursery team.

• Childcare / Early Years Level 2 / 3 is desirable
