Family First Group is seeking passionate Flex Early Years Educators to join our internal bank across UK nurseries. You will support flexible shifts, contribute to safe, stimulating EYFS-based activities, and help create a welcoming environment for children while enjoying weekly pay and ongoing training.

We welcome applicants of all levels and provide training. A DBS check is required. This role offers growth opportunities within our expanding network of nurseries.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
• Willing to undergo training and development.
• Clear written and spoken communication in English.
• Ability to adapt to varying shifts and nurseries.

Responsibilities

• Cover daily nursery tasks, maintaining hygiene and room setup to high standards.
• Implement the EYFS framework through engaging activities.
