Rosewood Hotel Group in the United Kingdom is looking for a Flexible Events Porter to support the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of our event spaces. You will ensure function rooms, furniture, equipment, and décor are prepared to the exceptional standards our guests expect, from pre-event preparations to post-event breakdowns.

Responsabilidades

• Set up event spaces accurately and to the highest standard, ensuring furniture, equipment, and décor are positioned as required before guests arrive.
• Work collaboratively with the Event Operations team, following direction from the Head Houseperson and Floor Manager to ensure setups are completed accurately and on time.
• Attend pre-event briefings to understand setup requirements and help ensure each function is fully prepared.
• Maintain a professional and discreet presence during events, responding efficiently to setup requests and room changes while minimising disruption to guests.
• Break down event spaces efficiently following each function, ensuring rooms, furniture, and equipment are well maintained and ready for their next use.
• Work safely at all times, handling event equipment and materials with care and following hotel health, safety, storage, and operational procedures.
