Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group in Camden Town, United Kingdom, is hiring a Floor Porter to maintain guest floors, public areas and service corridors to the high standards of our Housekeeping team. You will ensure the right supplies and linen are available and respond promptly to guest requests with discretion, helping to keep areas safe, organized and well stocked.

You will work closely with colleagues across the hotel, report to the Director of Housekeeping, and adapt hours to meet hotel needs.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, thoughtful service approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Housekeeping team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest floors and public areas to set standards.
• Stock supplies and linen; ensure tools are available.
• Remove soiled linen and rubbish from designated areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns discreetly.
• Hand lost property to Security and follow procedures.
• Protect security by handling key cards and equipment carefully.
