Job summary

Cherubs Nurseries is seeking Level 3 Early Years Educators to join as Bank Staff across a cluster of nurseries in Nottingham. Flexible days/hours, with availability confirmed 2 weeks in advance; travel to multiple nurseries required.

Qualified to Level 3 in Childcare, you will deliver high-quality childcare, build bonds with children and families, and adapt to varying shifts while upholding safeguarding and nursery policies. A full UK driving licence is required for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) is required.
• GCSE English and Maths (4+) is required.
• Experience in childcare settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an amazing service to children and families.
• Keep environments safe, clean and in line with safeguarding policies.
• Be a positive role model and work with the team.
• Assist with meals and supervise activities to support learning.
• Welcome parents and provide concise handovers at day end.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
