Qualifications

• Experience in a school environment.
• Experience supporting children or young people in an educational setting.
• Willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS or have Update Service registration.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff and parents.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support students in lessons to access learning and stay engaged.
• Provide 1:1 or small group interventions as needed.
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to staff.
• Promote safeguarding and a safe learning environment.
