Job summary

The Queens Hotel in Leeds is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join our Truly Talented team. Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you will maintain the highest cleanliness standards across bedrooms and public areas to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will work flexibly, including weekends, with opportunities for training, progression and staff benefits such as discounts, holiday allowance, and wellbeing support through our benefits portal.

Qualifications

• Highly self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests; anticipate and respond to service needs.
• Ensure rooms and public areas are presented to high standards.
• Deliver customer satisfaction in line with company values and standards.
• Clean bedrooms to required standards after training.
• Able to work up to 5 days out of 7 including weekends.
