Job summary

The Queens Hotel in Leeds is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to uphold high cleanliness standards and deliver a memorable guest experience. Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you will perform cleaning tasks and support guest services in a city-centre setting.

Salary is £12.71 per hour with flexible hours; candidates must have the right to work in the UK and be ready to work up to 5 days a week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guests needs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Able to work up to 5 days out of 7 including weekends.
• You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and acknowledging all guests; anticipating and addressing guests’ service needs.
• You will make sure that all guests’ rooms and public areas are beautifully presented to our guests, playing a key role in creating exceptional experiences.
• You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is always delivered in line with our core values and standards.
• You will be exected to clean an amount of bedrooms to the required standard after training.
• To be able to work upto 5 days out of 7 including weekends

We are currently recruiting for Housekeeping Attendant to join our Truly Talented team.

Reporting directly to the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. You will perform all required cleanliness tasks and ensure that our guests are receiving an excellent guest experience.

Your role

As a Housekeeping Attendant, your focus will be to create a positive and memorable arrival experience for guests through high standards of cleanliness and efficient service.
