Job summary

Thera Trust in Inverness, Scotland, is seeking compassionate support workers to help adults with a learning disability. No previous experience required; full training will be provided and you will work within an inclusive team.

You will assist with daily living, personal and emotional support, developing new skills, and helping with home management, leisure, and community activities, in clients' homes or out in the community.

Qualifications

• No previous experience or qualifications required, full training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Able to work autonomously and within a team.
• Keenness to learn in a fast-paced environment and help others.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with learning disabilities in daily living activities.
• Provide personal and emotional support and encouragement.
• Help plan and manage individuals' home life, leisure, and travel.
• Support community engagement and skill development.
