Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering high standards across all service periods at Holiday Inn Bournemouth. You will lead by example, coaching junior chefs and ensuring each dish leaves the kitchen with pride and consistency.

The role combines creativity, organisation and commercial awareness, working with colleagues across the hotel to deliver exceptional food experiences while maintaining profitability and strong kitchen standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front during busy shifts and coach junior chefs.
