Job summary

Nurseline Community Services, part of the Catalyst Care Group, is seeking Registered General Nurses to deliver compassionate, complex clinical care at home for clients with neurological conditions, disabilities, and chronic illnesses.

You will assess, plan, and administer care in a person-centred way, supervise healthcare assistants, uphold regulatory standards, and support families in a community setting. A driving license and NMC registration are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC membership.
• At least 18 months of experience in healthcare, preferably in community or home-based care.
• Experience in managing complex health needs and working with diverse populations.
• Driving license is essential for community work.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services in individuals' homes.
• Administer medications and manage complex health interventions.
• Ensure care plans are followed and adapted to health status.
• Oversee clinical aspects of care delivered by support staff.
