Job summary

Nurseline Community Services, part of the Catalyst Care Group, seeks Registered General Nurses to deliver compassionate, complex clinical care at home for people with neurological conditions, disabilities, chronic illnesses and long-term health needs.

You will manage complex health needs, administer medications and oversee care plans, while upholding our values of Compassion, Impact and Community in every home visit.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC membership.
• At least one year of experience in healthcare, preferably in community or home-based care.
• Experience managing complex health needs and leading healthcare teams.
• Experience supporting people with eating disorders and complex physical health needs.
• Driving licence is essential for community work and transport of the people we support.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services in individuals' homes, including complex medical care.
• Administer medications, manage tracheostomies, PEGs and NG tubes.
• Oversee care plans and supervise healthcare assistants to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
