• Work as a core member of the multidisciplinary team to care for inpatients and outpatients.
• Manage the patient caseload within the Plaster Room effectively and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and disciplines.
• Assist in the clinic activities when not specifically required in the plaster room.
• Practice autonomously within own scope and exercise sound clinical judgement.
• Minimise hazards in the working area and report any identified hazards to the line manager.
• Contribute to the learning needs of staff within the department.
