Job summary

Compass Community in the Worthing/Burgess Hill area is seeking a dedicated Children's Support Worker on a zero hours contract with flexible shifts. You will support our residential homes and specialist schools, helping children feel safe, valued and able to achieve their potential.

You'll build trusting relationships, support emotional wellbeing and participate in education and daily routines across our services. A UK driving licence is desirable and safeguarding is a core commitment.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential childcare or related fields is beneficial.
• Ability to work across different services and locations.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.
