RBH is seeking a reliable Casual Housekeeper for Bridgewood Manor Hotel and Spa in Chatham. The role is casual with variable hours, including daytime and evening shifts, weekends when needed, and functions/events support.

You will keep guest rooms and public areas spotless, restock in-room amenities, and work with front desk and maintenance to deliver a seamless guest experience. Reliability, flexibility, and a friendly, can-do attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming, creating a comfortable space guests love to return to.
• Clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with an eye for detail, making sure every room is guest-ready.
• Change linens, make beds, and refresh towels, keeping everything looking fresh and inviting.
• Replenish in-room amenities, from toiletries to tea and coffee, ensuring guests have everything they need.
• Report any maintenance issues or missing items promptly to keep rooms in top shape.
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards, helping maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Support with special requests, like setting up extra beds or delivering extra amenities, going the extra mile to make each stay memorable.
• Work closely with other departments, especially the front desk and maintenance, to deliver a seamless guest experience.
