Locum Ready is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support regional primary care clinics in Fallin. You will perform routine observations, assist with clinical tasks and help maintain smooth patient flow in GP environments.

The role covers ECGs, routine health checks and potential phlebotomy when trained, with flexible clinic-based shifts including evenings and weekends. Prior HCA experience in GP, NHS or community settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Healthcare Assistant experience in GP, community or NHS settings.
• Confident in routine patient observations.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt to new clinics and workflows.
