Bruntwood SciTech in Manchester is seeking a Flexible Grounds Maintenance/Facilities Team Member to oversee external grounds across our Manchester region and support caretaking duties.
The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, with a base at Valo, Lumina Village, and a provided van; a valid UK driving license is required.
You will help maintain presentation, assist with safety checks and building support, and join a team committed to inclusive, thriving city spaces.
The Facilities Team Member works across a group of buildings, carrying out grounds maintenance and caretaker duties to uphold the highest standards as part of Bruntwood’s service to their clients.
This role is advertised for 40 hours per week worked Monday to Sunday with a base at our lovely Valo, Lumina Village but working flexibly across our Manchester region buildings. An automatic van will be provided so it's crucial that you hold a valid UK driver's license.
