Zusammenfassung

Bruntwood is seeking a Facilities Team Member to maintain the external grounds and carry out caretaker duties across Manchester buildings. You will be based at Valo, Lumina Village with 40 hours per week, and a company van provided.

You will support building teams, perform regular checks, and respond to varying tasks across venues. A valid UK driving licence is required.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a can-do attitude and be enthusiastic and flexible.
• Experience in maintenance is beneficial but not required.
• Valid UK driver’s license is essential as a company van is provided.

Aufgaben

• Maintain high standards of presentation for external grounds (mowing, weeding, litter picking).
• Support PPMs such as fire testing, water temperature checks and emergency lighting, compliance checks, cleaning, reactive repairs.
• Support Bruntwood building team and build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Be flexible to support any task reasonably requested.
• Open and lock up of buildings where required.
• Complete regular building standard checks and inspections.
• All tasks should align with Bruntwood’s Service Mission.
• Health and safety concerns to be addressed with training provided.
