Zusammenfassung

Bruntwood is recruiting a Flexible Grounds Maintenance/Facilities Team Member for the Manchester region. The role carries 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, with a base at Valo, Lumina Village and flexible coverage across Manchester region.

A valid UK driving license is required as an automatic van is provided. You will uphold high standards of external presentation, support PPMs and safety checks, and collaborate with the building team and clients while remaining adaptable to varying daily

Aufgaben

• Maintain high standards of presentation to external grounds (mowing, weeding, litter picking)
• Support PPMs such as fire testing and water temperature checks
• Assist building team and build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients
• Be flexible to support any reasonably requested task
• Open/lock buildings as required
• Complete regular building standard checks and inspections
• Align all activities with Bruntwood’s Service Mission
• Address health and safety concerns during interventions
