Qualifications

• Be able to work on your own and in a team.

• Able to complete quality support records.
• Willingness to work every other weekends and follow a rolling 2-week rota.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required).
• Medication administration (if required).
• Support with preparing and cooking meals.
• Support with attending medical appointments.
• Support with social activities.
• Support with independent skills.
• Support with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry.
• Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required.
• Staying up to date with training.
