Stay Connected Family Time invites applications for Family Contact Support Workers to assist in High Wycombe and surrounding areas from November 2026. The role focuses on supervising family time sessions and maintaining safe, supportive environments for children and families, with opportunities for flexible hours.

Ideal candidates will have strong written communication skills, a willingness to obtain Enhanced DBS, and a valid driver’s license for occasional transporting duties in Buckinghamshire.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care, family support, education, youth work, childcare, safeguarding, or related fields is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support child-centred family time sessions.
• Promote safe, positive, and nurturing interactions between children and family members.
• Complete clear, professional session records and reports.
• Support centre and community-based sessions across High Wycombe and surrounding areas.
• Occasionally assist with transporting children to and from contact sessions where required.
