Job summary

Bright Horizons Lancaster is seeking a flexible Nursery Practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team. You will support the EYFS delivery by engaging children in educational activities and help them reach key milestones.

Working as part of a supportive team, you’ll contribute to daily tasks such as room preparation and tidying, while benefiting from an outstanding Ofsted setting and employee-focused benefits.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification required.
• Experience in nursery settings or with young children.
• Commitment to child development and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Support EYFS delivery through engaging activities with children.
• Encourage development toward milestones within a team.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks like room tidying and preparation.
