Job summary

Bright Horizons Westchester House Farnham Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a flexible Bright Flex/Bank practitioner to support EYFS delivery and everyday care. The role blends agency work with employee benefits, offering stability and development opportunities within a caring team.

You will engage children through play and learning, help with room setup and tidy tasks, and adapt to shift patterns while upholding safeguarding and our HEART values.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Support EYFS delivery through engaging activities.
• Assist with room tidying and preparation.
• Work as part of the Bright Flex/Bank team to balance agency work with employee benefits.
