Job summary

Bright Horizons Tytherington Nursery is seeking a flexible practitioner to join our Bright Flex/Bank team. You will help deliver EYFS activities, support children’s development, and work with colleagues on daily tasks like tidying rooms and preparation.

The role requires a Level 3+ Early Years qualification and recent experience with children. A DBS check is required; the nursery offers a supportive workspace with benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience working with children in nursery settings.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults.
• Sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Support EYFS delivery through engaging activities with children.
• Encourage development towards key milestones.
• Work with team to complete day-to-day tasks (room tidying, preparation).
