Job summary

Bright Horizons Sale nursery is seeking a flexible practitioner to join our Bright Flex/Bank team. You will support the delivery of the EYFS through engaging activities and help maintain a well-organized daily routine for children.

To apply, you must hold a Level 3+ Early Years qualification and have prior experience with children in a nursery setting or similar. We offer flexible shifts, excellent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with DBS checks required for all roles.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience working with children in a nursery setting or similar.
• Ability to make learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults.
• Solid safeguarding knowledge and commitment to child protection.
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues with EYFS delivery through engaging, educational activities.
• Contribute to a positive, tidy, and prepared classroom environment.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks and room preparation to ensure smooth operation.
