Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Estates Building Operations Manager (Band 7) on a fixed-term 15-month contract. You will oversee day-to-day building maintenance across the Trust estate, provide specialist technical advice, lead on compliance, and manage budgets and staff.

The role supports the Estates Strategy and Capital Programme and includes on-call duties. The post requires extensive experience in building operations, compliance with statutory NHS

Qualificações

• Experience managing building maintenance services across a large estate.
• Ability to provide specialist technical advice on building maintenance and compliance.
• Experience leading maintenance projects and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day delivery of building maintenance across the Trust estate.
• Lead fabric inspections, condition surveys, and maintenance programmes.
• Provide specialist advice on maintenance, compliance and property matters.
• Prepare specifications, procure works, manage projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, Building regs and NHS estate requirements.
• Lead on asbestos management and Equality Act compliance.
• Manage Estates staff including performance reviews and training needs.
• Act as budget holder and monitor expenditure.
• Maintain records on building condition and compliance.
• Engage with internal/external stakeholders as needed.
• Undertake risk assessments and control measures.
• Participate in Estates Managers On-Call rota.
• Undertake Authorised Person responsibilities as trained.
