The role focuses on helping offenders and marginalised individuals overcome barriers to engagement with services and gain essential life and employment skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with offenders or marginalised individuals.
• Proven ability to plan, deliver and facilitate group sessions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Warm, empathetic and able to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice, guidance, coaching, mentoring and support through regular 1:1 meetings.
