Drink and Drugs News is seeking an Employment Coach in London to help people take their first step into a new career. This full-time role (35 hours per week) supports unemployed individuals to build confidence, develop employability skills, and secure sustainable employment.

You will work with the Team Leader and Operational Manager to provide tailored coaching, job search support, interview preparation, and ongoing encouragement to help learners achieve their goals.
