Job summary

Bright Horizons Hinckley Nursery is seeking a flexible practitioner to join the Bright Flex / Bank team and support EYFS delivery through engaging activities. You’ll help colleagues with daily tasks, room preparation, and create a caring learning environment.

Requires Level 3+ Early Years qualification and prior childcare experience; DBS checks apply. The role offers employee benefits, development programmes and a 40% childcare discount for the first child.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience with children in nursery-related roles.
• Ability to make learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Strong communication with children and adults and safeguarding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in activities.
• Work with a larger team to complete day-to-day tasks such as tidying rooms and preparation.
