Job summary

Bright Horizons Hinckley is seeking a flexible qualified practitioner to join their Bright Flex / Bank team in Hinckley. The role supports EYFS delivery and provides the benefits and security of being an employee with flexible bank work.

You will help deliver engaging activities, monitor children's development, and assist with daily operations within the nursery. DBS checks are required, and a Level 3+ Early Years qualification is essential.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience with children – Nursery Practitioner/Nursery Nurse/Early Years Educator/Nanny/Childminder or similar.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults.
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
• Flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Support EYFS delivery with engaging activities to aid development.
• Work with the team to complete day-to-day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.
