Job summary

Bright Horizons Hinchley Wood Day Nursery and Preschool is hiring a Bank/Nursery Practitioner to join our Bright Flex team in Esher, Surrey. You will help deliver EYFS activities, support children's development, and work with a wider team to keep the room tidy and prepared.

With a Level 3+ Early Years qualification and experience with children, you will bring creativity, flexibility and strong safeguarding awareness.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working with children in nursery settings.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to communicate with children and adults.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
• Flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Support EYFS delivery through engaging activities.
• Encourage child development toward milestones.
• Work with team to complete daily tasks.
• Assist with room tidying and preparation.
