Job summary

Bright Horizons Hinchley Wood Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking flexible practitioners to support delivery of the EYFS through engaging activities and collaborative team work. You will help with daily tasks, room preparation, and creating a stimulating learning environment for children.

Ideal candidates hold a Full Level 3+ Early Years qualification, nursery experience, and a passion for making learning enjoyable.

Qualifications

• Previous nursery experience working with children.
• Passion for making learning fun for every child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults.
• Sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the EYFS through engaging activities for children.
• Contribute to a larger team to complete day-to-day tasks and lesson prep.
• Assist with room tidying, organisation, and setting up activities.
• Bank/agency flexibility to cover shifts as needed.
