Job summary

Family First Nurseries Group is seeking dedicated Early Years Educators with a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education to join our flex bank team in Stafford.

You'll benefit from flexible shift patterns, weekly pay, and support with induction, uniform, and ongoing training. Work across multiple local nurseries, delivering EYFS activities and safeguarding with a positive, nurturing approach.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE or BTEC).
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection practices.
• Clear written and spoken English and good communication with children, parents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Essential Cover: ensure hygiene, room setup and daily tasks meet high standards in nurseries.
• Engage and Educate: implement the EYFS with fun, interactive activities to spark learning.
• Prioritise Safety: uphold safeguarding measures and health and safety standards.
• Foster a nurturing environment: create a warm, welcoming space for every child.
