Family First Flex is seeking passionate Early Years Educators to join our flex bank in Bury St Edmunds. You’ll help create safe, stimulating environments in our nurseries and support daily tasks while enjoying flexible shifts and weekly pay.

We welcome applicants at all levels and offer training, induction, and ongoing development. Uniforms are provided, with opportunities for apprenticeships and permanent roles across locations.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective communication with children, parents and colleagues in English.
• Willingness to learn and follow safeguarding practices.
• Ability to contribute to a safe, nurturing learning environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide essential cover to support daily nursery tasks and setup.
• Engage children with EYFS-aligned activities to stimulate learning.
• Uphold safeguarding, health and safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the team to create welcoming, cheerful spaces for every child.
