Family First Group in Guildford is seeking dedicated Early Years Educators with a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification to join our flexible bank roles. You’ll support daily nursery tasks, help deliver the EYFS through engaging activities, and uphold safeguarding and health and safety standards.

We offer weekday and weekend shifts, with weekly pay, induction, uniform, ongoing training, and a supportive Flex Partner as your main contact.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
• Clear English communication with children, parents and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Provide essential cover to support daily nursery tasks, including hygiene maintenance and room setup.
• Engage and educate using the EYFS with interactive activities.
• Uphold safeguarding and health and safety standards in daily operations.
• Foster a nurturing, cheerful and secure environment for every child.
