Job summary

N Family Club in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire is hiring a Flexi Bank Educator to cover sickness, holidays and training days across our nurseries. You’ll support core teams and help children thrive in a warm, safe setting.

You’ll bring energy, adaptability and experience with young children. Level 2+ Early Years qualification preferred, Paediatric First Aid and safeguarding knowledge, and a flexible, team-oriented mindset. Competitive pay, flexible hours and daily perks await.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge.
• Flexible, reliable approach and ability to adapt quickly to different rooms and teams.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support children and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Bring the N Curriculum to life across different age groups through play and meaningful interactions.
• Support room leaders and educators with daily routines, activities and care practices.
• Create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Embrace the variety and pace of working flexibly across different rooms and age groups.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene policies.
• Maintain professionalism, reliability and a positive attitude throughout shifts.
