Job summary

Oliver Bernard is recruiting a GCP/Cloud Engineer to join a world-leading SaaS and FinTech firm in London. From day one you’ll influence strategy, design, and delivery of cloud initiatives, working across infrastructure, Unix/Linux, networking and data engineering teams to drive low-latency platforms.

You’ll apply Kubernetes, Ansible and Terraform to design and support scalable GCP solutions; familiarity with AWS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a GCP/Cloud/SRE/DevOps engineering role.
• Strong design and support of GCP solutions; AWS experience helpful.
• Solid Linux/infrastructure engineering knowledge (networks, storage, firewalls).
• Experience with Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategy, design, development and implementation of cloud projects.
• Collaborate with UNIX/Linux, network and data engineering teams.
• Own your cloud initiatives with real responsibility.
