Job summary

Angard Recruitment is seeking a Post Person with Driving to support Royal Mail in the Sandbach area. You will drive a Royal Mail van to deliver letters and parcels along your route, with segments on foot when needed, and you will represent Royal Mail in the community.

The role requires a full UK driving licence with up to 6 points, good physical fitness, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Training includes a driving assessment prior to starting and ongoing safety duties.

Qualifications

• Driving licence required (Full UK licence)
• Must be physically fit and able to walk long distances
• Shifts can vary at short notice and require team flexibility

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels on your route, driving a Royal Mail van
• Walk parts of the route on foot to complete deliveries
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure items are delivered safely
• Standby to pass a driving assessment before starting
